At Simplicity Health all our programmes are tailored to you.

Programmes are delivered in-person with optional support online.

We use an assessment process to plan and monitor the success of your program. We focus on key health markers important to you. 

A full programme with a Simplicity Health Exercise Physiologist includes:

  • An initial health assessment to establish and plan your goals
  • 2 x 1-2-1 exercise sessions a week, at your home or preferred location 
  • Weekly exercise and activity goals
  • Nutritional guidance designed to support you to achieve and healthy and balance diet.
  • Tracking of key physiological metrics throughout (blood pressure and heart rate) 
  • A heart rate monitor and education on heart rate based training
  • Health assessments every 12-weeks to review your goals and progress
  • Report and consultation summarising each health assessment
  • Access to remote support and lifestyle advice
  • Regular updates and communication with your medical team upon request
